This scarf is based upon the “Irish Hiking Scarf” found here.
I am using a chunky yarn (Araucania Wool Chunky-http://www.araucaniayarns.com/Wool.html), and I deleted one cable. This is my first attempt at a cable, and I think it is coming out nicely.

Just Beginning

This is my first post. I will be learning how to do this as time goes by this week. I am off to the airport for my bimonthly trip to Seattle, and I’ve loaded up my suitcase with more than one knitting project. More to come later.
